NexFoto is a product and service provided by Shenzhen Zhigaowei Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Operator"). Registration information: In order to complete the account creation so that we can provide you with services, you fill in the nickname and mobile phone number when registering the NexFoto account. You can also choose whether to set or modify the avatar, gender, birthday information, and personal signature. Your account information is only used to ensure the security of your account information and is used within the NexFoto website. When you log in using a third-party login method, we will obtain the information you need to log in (including avatar and nickname information) through the third party.
Network logs and device information: In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of your device and optimize your experience and application performance, when you use our services, we may automatically collect and store the following relevant information:
1. Device information: such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, IP address, network status, device settings, device location information, and Android ID.
2. Log information: When you use our services, we may automatically collect and store information about your use of our services, including but not limited to your operation logs, search query content, browsing history, communication logs, etc.
3. Location Information: When you use location-related services, we may collect and process information about your location to provide the relevant services.
Permission application: In order to provide better services, we may apply for the following permissions from you:
1. Album and camera permissions: We will ask you to access your album only when you use functions related to uploading or downloading pictures. You can choose to allow us to access or refuse. If you refuse, we will not access your album. When you choose to take a photo when uploading pictures, we will ask you for camera permissions.
2. Bluetooth permissions: used to search and match our electronic photo frame hardware products
3. Location permission: used to locate your location information to provide related services
4. Sensors: Access sensor data such as acceleration, gyroscope, and distance sensing to optimize user experience and application performance, and support video playback and screen rotation
Other relevant information: In order to help you better use our products or services, we will collect relevant information other than the information listed above. We may collect relevant information for research and statistical analysis to improve products and make commercial decisions. At the same time, when you contact us, in order to verify your identity, we will record your conversation with us and collect other necessary information required to solve the problem. We assess the security of these SDKs and services and require third parties to process personal information in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws. The SDKs and services actually used may vary by platform, region, and feature. A third party will process necessary information only when you use the relevant feature or the trigger described below occurs.
